(1) If it is necessary to install a CCTV camera in any public place, such a camera can be installed or arranged in a place other than the toilet, bath house or changing room.
(2) Where CCTV cameras are installed in accordance with sub-section (1), arrangements should be made to give information about the installation of such cameras so that everyone can see them and get information.
(3) Arrangements for installing CCTV cameras at any location shall be as prescribed.
